Markup Guidelines

General:

• Markups must be in digital format and not include handwritten text.
• Markups must be in pdf format. Any pdf modification software may be used to add markups.
• Markup submissions must be on full size documents (to match drawing size.)
• Text changes should completely cover any existing text that is to be removed or changed.

Color Guides:

• Red = Text Changes. Anything shown in red will be incorporated as changes to existing text.
• Green = Deletions. Anything drawn in green, highlighted in green, or crossed out in green will be deleted from the drawing. <—– Currently in development but partially functional at this time
• Blue = New Text. New text should be shown in blue and will be added to the existing drawing. <—–Currently in development.
